How are samples developed?
We can develop models from pictures that you provide, or you can choose samples from our collections.
What sample sizes and widths are available?
We normally makes samples in European size 37 and a normal width, but we can make samples in other sizes and widths upon request.
What sample colors are available?
The standard sample color is black. We will provide you with color swatches so that you can choose custom colors when you place an order.
What sample materials are available?
We can make samples from synthetic materials or genuine leathers in the upper, lining, insole, and outsole.
Are there fees for samples?
There is a sample fee for new customers, but we refund the fee when you place an order. We offer free samples to established customers.
What is the standard delivery time for samples?
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the shoe design and the availability of raw materials. Typically, samples are delivered in 7 days if all raw materials are available.
How are samples delivered?
Customers must arrange to pick up samples. We can arrange for delivery of samples using our shipping agent for a fee.
Are logos available on samples?
When logos are necessary for sales meetings, we can put logos on samples.
Can samples be modified after they're produced if necessary?
We have fitting models try on samples before shipment, and we make modifications as necessary. There is no charge for modifications.
For our own footwear models, MOQ is 60 pairs. For customer models, MOQ is 120 pairs.
Do you offer OEM & ODM services?
We offer OEM and ODM services. You are welcome to send us pictures or samples of footwear models for new model development.
Can you print logos on my products?
We can print your custom logos on the footwear itself and on packaging to your specifications. We can accept logos in PDF, JPG or PSD formats.
What is your standard packaging process?
Our standard packaging process includes bag, box, and carton, with one pair of shoes in each box and 12 boxes per carton. We are also able to accommodate custom packaging options when necessary.
What is your standard delivery time?
Typical delivery time is 30 days after our receipt of your deposit, but delivery time may vary due to order size and the factory's production schedule.
We work on EXW, FOB, CIF, and CIP terms. If you would like to work under other terms, let us know, and we'll do what we can to accommodate you.
What are your standard payment terms?
Typically, payment terms are T/T or L/C, but we may work under other terms depending on the situation. We require a 30% deposit before production begins and the remaining 70% before shipment.
